Paint, clean, take on whatever you can. We do the skilled work and sell it. Whatever you do yourself saves you money.
Get a cash offer.
You want out. I'll get you a cash offer, from me or from a buyer I trust, and you're done.

Is the walkthrough really free?
Yes. I'll walk your house, tell you what I'd do, and give you your options. No obligation.
Who does the renovation?
My construction company, ROCBLOX, runs the whole job, start to finish, with subs I've worked with for years.
What if something comes up mid-job?
We stop and ask you. If you want it done, we price it and you approve it before we touch it. If you don't, we leave it. You get receipts for everything.
Who sells the house?
The right agent for your neighborhood. In Bellaire and Meyerland, that's usually me. Anywhere else, it's me or an agent who knows your street like the back of their hand. Either way, I'll make sure you're taken care of.
How do you make money?
The renovation and the sale are separate agreements, and you'll have both in writing before any work starts. If I'd make money on any part of your deal, I'll tell you before you sign.
