A Listing Is a Story. Most Agents Can't Tell One.
Licensed through Real Broker, LLC, from an agent who spent twenty years learning exactly what makes Houston stop and watch. I co-list every listing with a pricing-and-negotiation specialist, so you get a crew, not one name on a sign.
Selling With Me
Most people find me because they watched me for twenty years and figure I can sell their house. Here's the honest version of what happens next.
I'm not the listing specialist. Pricing, staging, negotiation, fielding offers — that's a craft, done every day by people who do only that, and I'm not going to pretend it's mine. So I bring one of them onto your deal. You get both of us.
What I bring is the part most sellers get wrong before any of that matters: what to fix, what's worth the money and what isn't, and what an inspector is going to write down before he writes it. I've renovated here myself. Then I market the house like someone who spent two decades learning what makes this city stop and watch.
And I stay on it. The specialist runs the sale — I make sure the right people show up and the work actually gets done. Twenty years in this city bought me a phone full of people I'd use on my own house. That's the part I'm genuinely good at: knowing who to call, and making sure it happens.
- Broadcast-quality listing video — produced, not phone-waved
- A marketing plan per property, not a template
- A listing specialist on the deal beside me — a crew, not one name on a sign
- The right trades lined up before you list, not scrambled for after
- Straight answers — I'd rather lose the listing than tell you what you want to hear
Buying With Me
Twenty years of covering this city — its neighborhoods, its floods, its school fights, its booms — is a strange and useful education for helping you buy a house here. I've also renovated in Houston myself, which means I walk into a house seeing what it needs, not just what it lists for. And you're not relying on one person's calendar: I work alongside other agents at my brokerage, so there's always someone who knows the neighborhood you're chasing.
CALL HTX
A house is more than the closing. When you need HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a roofer you won't regret, CALL HTX is my vouched-for Houston trade network — the pros I actually know, use, and stand behind. Nobody buys their way onto it, and more trades are coming.

2026 Flip House
Norhill — Houston, TX
Historic neighborhood near the Houston Heights. This one meant navigating the city's Historical Commission and the Norhill Neighborhood Association — two layers of oversight with strong opinions about what can and can't change on a block with nearly a century of history. It was harder and slower than expected, and it taught me more about preservation-meets-renovation than any course could.
Coming soon to the market.
