How revenue share works
Put in your own numbers and see the math, tier by tier.
Revenue share is a Real Brokerage program. Real pays it from the brokerage's side of each deal, not out of the agent's commission. It goes five tiers deep, and each tier has a yearly cap per agent.
Slider goes 0–100. For more, type the number into the box.
This shows how the math works. Your results depend on you.Real revenue share depends on each agent's production and activity, and on Real's current plan, which Real can change. Nothing here is a promise of income.
How the tiers work
Tier 1 is anyone you personally attract. Tier 2 is anyone they attract. And so on, down to Tier 5. Each tier has its own share and its own yearly cap per agent.
| Tier | Who | Share | Yearly cap / agent |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Agents you directly attract | 5% | $4,000 |
| 2 | Agents your Tier 1 attracts | 4% | $3,200 |
| 3 | Agents your Tier 2 attracts | 3% | $2,400 |
| 4 | Agents your Tier 3 attracts | 2% | $1,600 |
| 5 | Agents your Tier 4 attracts | 1% | $800 |
These shares and caps come from Real's published plan. You also have to stay active at Real to receive revenue share. Real sets those rules and can change them, so check the current plan before you rely on any of this.
