Marketing Services

Conflenti Media LLC is a marketing agency for local service businesses. Our clients are HVAC companies, plumbers, restoration contractors, roofers, and the real estate professionals who work alongside them. We manage their online presence for them: their Google Business Profile, their website, their social accounts, and the content that fills all three.

What We Do for Clients

A local business hires us to run the marketing they do not have time to run themselves. We act as their authorized marketing representative on the platforms where their customers find them.

Google Business Profile Management

For most of our clients the Google Business Profile is the single most valuable thing they own online, and it is the one they update least. We manage it for them as an authorized representative: publishing posts, uploading job photos, keeping hours and holiday hours current, maintaining categories, service areas, and service lists, and monitoring incoming reviews and questions.

Review replies and question answers are drafted by us and approved by the client before anything is posted under their name.

Local Listing Management

Name, address, phone number, hours, and service area, kept identical everywhere a customer might check. Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, Angi, Apple Business Connect, and the industry directories that matter for a given trade. Inconsistent listings are one of the quietest ways a local business loses calls.

Website Content

We write and publish to the client's own website: service pages, articles that answer what customers actually ask, and before-and-after galleries of finished jobs. Several of our clients' sites were built by us and are deployed by us, so publishing is a direct part of the service rather than a handoff.

Social Publishing

Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, produced and posted under the client's own accounts through delegated publishing access. The client keeps ownership of every account. We are added as a manager and can be removed at any time.

Video and Photo Production

On-site shoots, editing, captions, and short-form video cut for social feeds and local search. This is the part of the business that came from twenty years of daily broadcast production, and it is why our clients' content looks like it was made on purpose.

Lead Capture and Response

Web chat, call tracking, and text-message intake wired into the phone number and inbox the business already uses. A lead that arrives at 9pm gets acknowledged at 9pm.

The Content Line

The hardest part of marketing a service business is not the strategy. It is getting the material out of a truck and onto the internet. So we built a way to do it from a phone, in the ninety seconds between jobs.

Every managed client gets a dedicated phone number, their content line. They text it a photo of the work they just finished, a voice memo, or a sentence about what happened on the job. That is the whole ask on their end.

From there our software takes over. It writes the article and the caption in the business's own voice, converts and sizes the photos, and texts the finished piece back for approval. The client replies YES. Nothing is published until they do.

On approval, the piece goes out to the destinations that client has connected:

  • Their website — the post or job gallery is committed to the client's site and deployed automatically. Live today.
  • Their Instagram — image and video posts, including carousels, published through the Instagram Graph API under the client's own connected account. Live today.
  • Their Facebook Page and YouTube channel — same pipeline, same approval step. Live today.
  • Their Google Business Profile — the destination we are adding next. Today a finished job reaches a client's website and their social accounts in one step, and their Business Profile is still updated by hand. Closing that gap is the current build.

The software behind this is Conflenti Media Studio, which we built and operate ourselves. It is not resold, and it is not open for signup. It runs our own client work.

How We Handle Client Accounts

We hold access to other people's businesses. These are the rules we operate by, and clients are told all of them at onboarding.

The client stays the owner

On every platform that supports delegated access, the client remains the Owner of their profile and we are added as a Manager. We do not accept ownership transfer of a Google Business Profile, a Meta Page, or a domain, and we do not create a client's Business Profile under our own account. If a business already owns its profile, that is where ownership stays.

Nothing is published without approval

Every piece of content is sent to the client and approved by them before it goes live. That includes posts, photos, articles, replies to reviews, and answers to questions asked on their profile. Approvals are recorded against the piece, with a timestamp and the person who gave it. We do not auto-generate or auto-post review replies.

Access can be withdrawn at any time

A client can remove us as a manager themselves, from their own account, without asking us first. If a client tells us they are ending the engagement, we remove our access and delete the stored credentials and authorization tokens for their accounts within seven business days of the notice. There is nothing to negotiate and no retention period to wait out.

Clients are told when their accounts change

When we make a change to a client's profile or account settings, they are notified within 48 hours in a message about that change and nothing else. Their marketing account is theirs, and they should never learn what happened to it from a customer.

We do not keep what we do not need

Data we retrieve from a platform on a client's behalf is cached only as long as it takes to do the work, and no longer than 30 calendar days. It is stored encrypted, used only to operate that client's service, and never aggregated with another client's data, sold, or licensed. Credentials and access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shared between clients.

Our access is ours alone

We do not give any third party programmatic access to our systems or our platform credentials, and we do not resell our access to client accounts. A client is never asked to apply for their own developer access in order to be served by us. That is our job, not theirs.
