Conflenti Media operates a text-messaging service for existing clients. By texting our published business number, you agree to receive text messages related to our content services — including confirmations, drafts, and status updates about your content. This is not a marketing program; you initiate the conversation by texting us.

• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and message content are used solely to operate this service and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property

The content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Conflenti Media LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission. Content we produce for a client under a services agreement is governed by that agreement.

Interactive Tools

We publish free interactive tools at play.conflenti.com and elsewhere on this site. They are offered at no charge, as-is and as-available, with no warranty of any kind. They may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

You keep everything you bring. If you add a logo, image, name, or any other material to one of these tools, it remains entirely yours. We claim no ownership, license, or interest in it.
