The Mayor's Office needed a way to talk to Houston that didn't sound like a press release. I produce and host the podcast, run content strategy, and oversee the weekly content operation — building a modern communications engine for the city's top office.

Result: Launched and produce 901 Bagby: Inside The Mayor's Office — a podcast that gives Houstonians direct access to how their city is run.

Houston is one of the most diverse, culturally rich cities in the country — but it's never gotten the destination marketing reputation it deserves. I develop and produce strategic content designed to change that, blending storytelling, tourism, and civic identity into pieces people actually want to share.

The rule is simple: if it feels like an ad, it already failed.

Result: Ongoing video production contract — 8 videos positioning Houston as a world-class destination.

Commencement is the one day a university can't afford to get wrong. I lead and operate broadcast-quality live stream production for Rice's ceremonies at Rice Stadium and Tudor Fieldhouse — multi-camera, real-time graphics, and production decisions made on the fly with no second take.

Result: Multi-year production partnership — broadcast-quality streams reaching thousands of families worldwide.

A Houston sports podcast production project that needed to go from casual recording sessions to a professional show. I shape the format, guide editorial direction, oversee video and audio production, and manage distribution across YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.

Result: Transformed from informal recordings into a structured, multi-platform show with growing Houston audience.
